PAYMENT OPTIONS: In the shopping cart...Use Master
Card, Visa, Discover, American Express. Debit Card:
Debit cards with Visa/Master Card Logo's are acceptable. Don't
like shopping carts? Telephone your order in toll free, speak to
a live person. Paypal: PayPal orders are done outside
the shopping cart. Contact us via telephophone to place your
PayPal order. Check or Money Order: You must telephone
your order in before mailing payment. Please, do not mail
payment without first placing your order via telephone.
ORDERING OPTIONS:
You can place your order using the secure shopping cart. If
you prefer, you may place your order by phone. See our contact
page for our phone numbers.
ORDER
CONFIRMATION: If you do not receive an order
confirmation email, it is because you
entered an incorrect email address on your
order form. Or, your spam blocker, or email settings have
blocked our email. Please allow customerservice@www.coronetgiftsolutions.com and sales@coronetgiftsolutions.com access to your email
inbox. Not doing so could delay the processing of your
order. Also, please be certain that you have
entered your correct email address on your order
form. Not doing so could delay your
shipment. You will never receive what is
considered "unwanted email" from Coronet.
PRIVACY: Simple. We are in the customer
service business, not the information sharing business. The
sharing or sale of customer information is something we just do
not do. Period.
SECURITY: Coronet utilizes the latest SSL (Secure
Socket Layer) technology to safe guard your personal information.
SSL encrypts your credit card information at the time you enter
it on the order form in the secure shopping
cart.
We
only keep record of your contact information and products
ordered.
ORDER PICK UP: Designers and
decorators. if you wish to
pick up your order. Place your order in advance (phone, email, or
shopping cart) and we will have your merchandise ready and waiting
for you.
RETURNS: We
believe you, the consumer, should know and understand
exactly what you are buying. Accurate information
and descriptions are provided for all the products we sell. If
you require more information, please contact us. Web
images do not always accurately depict the finer
characteristics of our products, or, clarity of color and
patterns. In fact, they rarely ever do. When you receive
your order, we are confident that you will be
pleasantly surprised. However, should you be disappointed in
any way, no problem. Simply contact us by
telephone within 10 days of receiving your order
and we will make arrangements for a fast, no excuses, painless
exchange or refund. Effusion fragrance oils "on sale" are
treated as final sale merchandise and non returnable. We do not
refund the cost of shipping. Returns must be authorized thru
telephone contact, first. Unauthorized returns will be refused and
"return to sender". If an error on our part is cause for an
exchange or return, we pay all shipping costs.
We
take great care to inspect and responsibly package your order to
ensure that it arrives to you free of damage. Over the years, having
